Actually, if we are seeking the satisfaction of employees as an outcome, we are just applying another label for conditioning which stipulates the more stimula employees receive the more they are reinforced to accept the given outcome as a second nature. The fact is that this simplistic behavioristic approach has shown that human nature is more than that. While statisfaction is about “getting”, the right term that should be used is “engagement”, or in other words “giving”. Accordingly, My mantra is ” give to get”.
